We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative.
Based in Lisbon, Portugal.

A British business looking to open a call centre in Lisbon, Portugal.
Descrição
Handle inbound leads and acquire new business through calling and emailing to reach customers.
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
Conduct effective discovery calls to understand customer pain points and goals.
Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to opportunity creation.
Follow up with prospects consistently to nurture relationships and move deals forward.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Manage administration of contracts and customer documentation.
Perfil ideal
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, along with at least one of the following languages: French, Italian, Flemish, Arabic, or Cantonese. A minimum language proficiency of B2 is required, with C1 preferred, as you'll be communicating with customers in both languages, verbally and in writing.
Previous experience in sales or business development.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable on the phone.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Resilient and persistent in the face of rejection.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A passion for sales and a competitive drive.
