Descrição A reportar à Administração, este/a Sales & Marketing Manager - National & International Markets terá como principais responsabilidades: Definir e implementar a estratégia de Sales & Marketing para aumentar a visibilidade e quota de mercado da empresa, principalmente internacional; Desenvolver campanhas de marketing digital que promovam a marca e otimizem o ROI, assegurando a gestão eficaz dos orçamentos; Gerir e coordenar a presença da marca nas redes sociais, website e outras plataformas digitais, garantindo uma imagem de marca consistente; Colaborar coma equipa de vendas para definir metas, campanhas promocionais e estratégias de pricing para potenciar as vendas; Identificar eimplementar parcerias comerciais estratégicas que gerem valor e oportunidades de crescimento; Analisar e monitorizar KPIs de marketing e vendas, ajustando a estratégia conforme necessário para alcançar os objetivos estabelecidos; Coordenar estudos de mercado para identificar novas tendências e oportunidades que possam beneficiar a empresa; Colaborar comequipas internas para desenvolver materiais promocionais, campanhas publicitárias e estratégias de fidelização de clientes; Assegurar a gestão eficaz de eventos e ações de ativação de marca; Desenvolver eformar a equipa de Sales & Marketing, promovendo um ambiente de inovação e colaboração. Perfil ideal Licenciatura em Marketing, Gestão, ou área semelhante; Experiência em funções de liderança em Sales & Marketing, idealmente no setor de retalho e com experiência em expansão internacional; Conhecimento profundo de estratégias de marketing digital, incluindo gestão de redes sociais, SEO, e campanhas de performance (Meta, Google Ads); Capacidade comprovada em desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas para potenciar o crescimento de negócios; Perfil analítico, orientado para resultados e experiência na gestão de KPIs e budget de marketing; Facilidade naconstrução de parcerias e relações comerciais com stakeholders internos e externos; Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, influência, e trabalho em equipa; Capacidade degestão e desenvolvimento de equipas, promovendo um ambiente de alta performance; Conhecimento e experiência em ferramentas de CRM e plataformas de e-commerce é valorizado; Boa capacidade de adaptação e flexibilidade para trabalhar num ambiente dinâmico e em constante mudança; Inglês é fundamental e disponibilidade para viajar também.
