The company Pluricosmética, developed its core business in Portugal, which is the market leader, its activities are focused on the professional cosmetic market, even though 50% of its sales are currently made to the end consumers. Its activities spread along the value chain, embracing: Branding; Distribution; Brand Agency/Representation; Retail, and E-Commerce.The company has a Logistic Platform in the Porto region, it has +100 stores across the country, located in shopping malls and high streets. Pluricosmética started to expand to Spain in 2023.Our mission is to contribute to the well-being of our customers by presenting them with the best and latest products in the beauty and cosmetics sector. We want to continue to grow and provide an excellent experience for those who visit us, and for that, we need your contribution. We are looking for a Marketing Director to encourage our team.Job Description:The Marketing Director will have the responsibility to design, propose, and implement the marketing strategy of Pluricosmética, as well as of the brands represented by it, aiming to reinforce its positioning and image; This person will also beresponsible for the communication and media activities to create awareness for the brand Pluricosmética; The job will also include the need to brainstorm/generate ideas, together with the team, for promotional plans, and events and organize their execution in an effective and efficient manner; Control budgets and allocate resources in an efficient way; Design, produce, and implement store's communication; Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients and build strategic partnerships; Revenue Management – Increase the company's market share and maximize revenues; Team Management.Job framework:The Marketing Director will report hierarchically to the CEO of Pluricosmética.The profile we are looking for:Proven experience in marketing, preferably as a Marketing Director; Experienced with currentonline marketing techniques and best practices; Excellent leadership andorganization skills; Analytical and creative thinking; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Customer-oriented approach; Passion for the job;Experience in similar activities in retail will be a plus.If you identify with this profile, send us your application.
