This role requires significant experience in enterprise Sales & Digital Sales Operations.Day to Day:Work with the Enterprise Sales team to identify potential business opportunitiesResearch accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunityDevelop and execute inbound and outbound campaigns/strategies via phone, email, and other mediums like LinkedInAchieve monthly quotasQualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong pipelineManage all inbound leads in assigned territory consistently, and convert them into qualified opportunitiesEstablish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in all customer accountsCoordinate our engagement with the customer, including support, service, and managementMeet or exceed sales quota consistentlyPreferred Qualifications:Hunter mentality who is eager to produce high potential opportunities and have a positive attitude while doing soBachelors level degree education, preferably in a technology field or relevant experienceExperience in software or technology sales, especially in SaaS/PaaS/IaaS market, data analysis/provision market, and energy/commodities marketProven track record of achieving sales targetsDetail-oriented with strong follow-up skillsStrong negotiating skills with the ability to close salesExcellent presentation skills (written and verbal)Strong interpersonal skillsAbility to be productive in a globally distributed team through self-discipline and self-motivationWill have a mature and sensible approach to long-term relationship development with customersMust be a self-starter with very high energy and passionThe ability to represent the company at external eventsStartup experience would be an advantageMUST have b2b sales experience and at least 2 of these:B2B SaaSDataEnergy/commoditiesGreat Benefits and Perks:100% RemoteCompetitive package (base pay + high commission)Learning and developmentAnnual compensation reviewFlexibilityShooju is a data management provider, delivered as a platform as a service.
