ICONIC21 is expanding their commercial team and is looking for a Head of Business Development Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Reach the commercial goals and metrics that align with the ICONIC21 vision, mission, and objectives; Manage BizDev operations to support commercial strategy and plan; Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with prospects and customers worldwide; Demonstrate and articulate the ICONIC21 technical and operational solutions and their business value effectively; Generate and maintain an accurate pipeline and make timely sales forecasts; Be the key person in the region who is in charge of all sales and support activities; Expand the clients' pipeline and grow their accounts; Maintain existing relationships, overseeing account activities, and pursuing growth opportunities; Attend all regional professional events to generate leads and present the company's products; Work closely with Product, Marketing, Tech teams to reach the targets and satisfy the partners' needs.
Requirements: 4+ years in the relevant industry (content/product provider for casino operators) as a Sales / BizDev manager; Hot list of local partners; Outstanding mastery of creating a sales pipeline and holding the negotiation process; Pro level of usage of necessary tool sets such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, trackers, etc.
; Experience in conducting market research and data analysis; Excellent spoken and written English (B2-?1).
