The Transfusion Organization drives selling transfusion solutions across the regions.Primary objective of the positionThe Transfusion Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales efforts for Transfusion solutions and optimizing Abbott systems utilization to maximize profitability and improve customer satisfaction.Major accountabilitiesFull responsibility for sales quota including forecasting and target performance achievement within the regionDrive profitable growth by initiating, developing and/or delivering unique transfusion solutions that result in improved outcomes and benefits for both the customer and AbbottDevelop sales planning for own area of responsibilityAnalyze sales, market and competitive data to develop sales strategyAnalyze impact of market trends and factors on customersSupport new product launches, evaluate market potentialExecute programs and campaigns for defined Transfusion customersMonitor, measure and report progress against defined execution goalsBuild sustainable customer relationships and leverage them to drive profitable new salesOptimize Abbott systems utilization to maximize profitability and improve customer satisfactionSupport service team to maximize uptime by providing troubleshooting as appropriateSuccess in this role is measured by economic profitability, sales quota, contract renewal rate, win rate of new customers, and customer satisfaction score (NPS)Educational backgroundBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Bachelor's degree in medical, life sciences or medical technology is preferredRequirements / Work experienceMinimum of 2 years track record in the diagnostic industry with an emphasis on Sales and/or MarketingCandidates must be fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.The position requires the willingness to travel on a frequent basis, i.e.
