**Job Description**:
An operations coordinator supports the Manager, ensuring the smooth daily operations of the business. Interaction with relevant personnel is necessary to fulfill general office duties to meet high performance.
- Provides administrative support for the Managers and ensures that the work order flow and partners relationships are managed in accordance with the needs of the Department.
- Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
- Liaise between partners and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within the defined budget and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong partners relationship through regular meetings and communications.
- Evaluate current operational performance and suggest a plan for improvements.
- Provide guidelines to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
- Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
- Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
- Assists in the scheduling and coordination of meetings.
- Assist in projects as instructed by the management.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year experience minimum
- High level of English language is mandatory.
- MXP ERP system for cruise lines industry (a plus)
- Prior experience in Procurement desired.
- Knowledge on marine operations and customs operations.
- Manages and controls situations under high pressure.
- Able to prioritize different tasks.
- Good level of communication throughout the corporation.
- Hands on approach
