O nosso cliente é uma empresa de soluções de software de ciclo de vida completo (ideia de negócio, conceção de soluções, desenvolvimento de software, garantia de qualidade, entrega, apoio e segurança), centrada em proporcionar um elevado valor aos seus clientes.

Esta é uma função de colaborador individual. Falamos de um Sales Executive centrado na descoberta de novas oportunidades de negócio, neste caso no mercado Alemão. Será responsável por:

- Gerir o ciclo de vendas, incluindo a geração de leads, a qualificação e outros resultados para fechar negócios, cumprindo de forma consistente os objectivos de vendas, vendendo soluções inovadoras a novos clientes;
- Organizar e efetuar reuniões presenciais/virtuais, demonstrações de software e chamadas de acompanhamento com novos clientes;
- Manter o seu conhecimento das soluções e serviços da empresa;
- Elaborar relatórios de vendas pormenorizados e exactos;
- A seu tempo, assegurar a entrega de todas as novas contas às equipas de gestão de contas;
Esta posição centrar-se-á no fecho de novas vendas, com a expetativa de aumentar as receitas para 5 milhões de euros/ano ao longo de um plano de 3 anos.

Como Sales Executive, deverás ter:

- Uma mentalidade de hunter, com um historial comprovado de abertura de novas contas e fecho de novos negócios (dimensão média do negócio 2-5M EUR) considerados pelos clientes como projectos/soluções de elevado valor;
- Atividade de vendas ativa nos últimos 5 anos ou mais no sector das telecomunicações;
- Contactos directos com decisores de alto nível em contas seleccionadas;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e organização;
