**Job Description**:
**Do what you love**:

- You define processes, standards and guidelines for major incident and problem management
- You support the IT teams in proactively identifying, analyzing, prioritizing and documenting incidents, primarily at 3rd level and increasing the overall quality of service by creating best practices
- You act as the single point of contact for escalation management and interacting with relevant stakeholders (e.g., business departments or test, change and release management)
- You will have a supporting role in security incident or crisis management, if required

**Qualifications**:
**Come as you are**:

- You hold an university degree with a focus on information technology or several years of professional experience
- You have a good technical understanding of IT solutions (client/server systems, cloud-based solutions, IP and network infrastructure)
- You have got a good knowledge of ServiceNow as well as practical experience in the ITIL incident and problem management processes
- You are willing to work shifts and to participate in on-call duties outside office hours
- You communicate fluently in English and have a level-headed demeanor even in critical situations
