TYPE OF SALES:

- Consultative sales approach with focus on opening new accounts with ambition to generate long term relationships and recurring sales.
- Pre-sales support and solutioning support will be provided by our engineering departments, but a comprehensive awareness of IT landscape and industry trends is a must, specifically on the digital transformation field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Planning and implementation of Sales strategies (i.e. customer segmentation and prioritization, value proposition, partnerships, channels)
- Lead Generation and Sales Process Management
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Develop relationships with partner ecosystem
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify target markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

SKILLS:

- a good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology and its business uses
- experience in at least one of following industries: Financial Services / Insurance, Retail, CPG, Industrial. Awareness of Technology landscape and main digital challenges in these industries.
- Good network of contacts in relevant accounts of the mentioned industries, capacity to establish relationships, confidence and credibility
- articulate, persuasive and influential verbal communication skills
- business awareness / results driven

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Access to a network of contacts in key accounts in the priority industries
- BS/MS degree in business administration, engineering or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise

**Salary**: 65,000.00€ - 70,000.00€ per year
