**About the job role**
As a** **HR Business Partner in Webhelp**, you will be part of a team where we are Passionate Game Changers. You will be involved in a wide range of HR activities that will include supporting day-to-day operations needs & requests, supporting the employee performance program, employee development, and updating HR policies and practices. The role of the HR business partner is to make sure human resource policy and procedures throughout the organization fit the needs, goals, and aims of the organization and top leadership.
As **an **HR Business Partner**,** you will:
- Act as a link with operations to enhance engagement and satisfaction of employees
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Execute and improve talent retention strategy
- Coordinate welcome, onboarding, and follow-up sessions
- Actively participate in transversal HR Projects (e.g., performance management and talent management)
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Oversee contract management, renewals, compensation, and benefits
**We are looking for**
- Human Resources Degree or Experience in Contact Center in Management Roles
- ** Fluent English and/or French (minimum level C1)**:
- Have self-initiative, perseverance, and flexibility combined with strong execution skills
- Ability to analyze (people) data and translate the outcome to valuable and actionable insights
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
