We are looking for a **Business Developer** for our Porto office that **will contribute to this fast-growing project**, searching for the most suitable clients for our business.

**Your Mission**:

- Take full responsibility for generating high-quality leads and owning the lead generation and lead qualification processes;
- **Qualifying prospective clients from a defined territory/vertical;**:

- Identify your own hunting list and priorities;
- **Engaging prospective clients about Gerodigital Business;**:

- Working with Sales Managers to move clients through the funnel and activate them;
- **Schedule discovery meetings and represent us;**:

- Possible visits to international trade shows, events, and (potential) new clients;
- Maintain a visible pipeline and KPI dashboard on a CRM platform;
- Consultive sales.

**Your Profile**:

- **Proven ability to drive the sales process from first contact until closing with all stakeholders;**:

- Knowledge of digital marketing in European markets or other countries;
- Eagerness to learn and progress;
- Background on sales and marketing (preferential);
- **Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals;**:

- Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone;
- **Amazing team player;**:

- Have excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of another language, such as Italian, French, or Spanish, will be highly valued.
