Temos uma equipa espetacular de Serviço de Apoio ao Cliente (SAC) que dá o seu melhor em cada contacto, elevando o “Happy Home Living” que tanto nos carateriza. Encontramo-nos neste momento em expansão para Espanha, onde vamos abrir as primeiras lojas ainda este ano e, é por isso que procuramos um **Customer Support Assistant**, que reportará ao **Customer Support Lead**, fazendo parte da área de Marketing da hôma.

**Missão**: Garantir o correto funcionamento do apoio ao cliente, dando a melhor resposta às solicitações de acordo com as normas e procedimentos internos.

**O que será o teu dia-a-dia de trabalho**
- Acompanhar o estado das respostas pendentes a clientes em cada departamento;
- Prestar apoio e esclarecimentos a clientes e potenciais clientes (ex.: estados de encomendas, prazos de entrega, preços, stock de produtos em loja, trocas e devoluções, cartão de cliente, etc.);
- Participar ativamente na melhoria contínua dos processos e procedimentos na sua área de atuação, sugerindo ações e abordagens inovadoras que contribuam para o desenvolvimento da hôma.

**O que vamos valorizar no teu perfil**
- Experiência profissional mínima de 1 ano em call center ou atendimento ao cliente na área do retalho (preferencial);
- Informática na ótica do utilizador (em particular MS Office);
- Nível de conhecimento fluente (C1 ou C2) em espanhol (mandatório);
- Disponibilidade para regime de trabalho maioritariamente remoto.
