Become a part of a one-of-a-kind sailing yacht booking service. We are the first concierge service for skippers, successfully growing on the European market for 5 years: an easy and technology-driven way of renting a sailboat.

SEARADAR's Headquarters is in Vilnius, Lithuania, elected into the top 50 best Lithuanian startups and #3 with the speed of growth metrics.

We are a strong international team of captains, IT professionals and sales from all over the world.

Now we are 50 specialists and in 2023 we plan to grow x2, so we hire an ambitious and fast-learning Sales and Support.

Tasks
- Сommunication with incoming leads (chats, mail, phone) vis AMOcrm, approach them to the deal.
- Coordination and support of transactions.
- Gather feedback and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of English - upper-intermediate, German language will be a big advantage.
- Literate speech (speaking, written).
- Ability to work efficiently in multitasking and high-speed mode.
- Diligence in your work.
- Do not be afraid of the processing for which you receive a bonus.
- 1 year of sales experience.
