- Apoiar na gestão administrativa de processos de Back Office e de Recursos Humanos, garantindo a precisão e conformidade dos registos
- Organizar e gerir documentos, arquivos e correspondência de forma eficiente e organizada
- Dar suporte nas tarefas inerentes ao dia a dia do espaço de trabalho, nomeadamente, recepção de encomendas e e contacto com clientes
- Apoiar a equipa da Delegação Norte, na integração de novos colaboradores e no acompanhamento dos atuais

**Qualificações**
- 12.º Ano
- Elegibilidade para o Programa de Estágios Activar.PT
- Conhecimentos de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Proficiência em Inglês e Espanhol (preferencial)
- Orientação digital e vontade de aprender
- Orientação para o cliente, facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade de comunicação
- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade, capacidade de organização e gestão de prioridades
