German Customer Support Specialist

As a German Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content posted on our platform, ensuring it complies with community guidelines and policies. This includes evaluating and removing offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material from the platform, flagging and reporting content that violates legal requirements or company standards, and ensuring user interactions and content align with platform regulations, promoting a safe online environment. You will also handle content review requests promptly, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency, and collaborate with team members to enhance the moderation process and contribute to a positive team environment. Additionally, you will provide feedback on processes to improve content moderation strategies.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need native-level fluency in German and B2 level proficiency in English. You should have strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick decisions based on platform policies. Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is an advantage, but not required. You should also be able to handle sensitive material with discretion and professionalism, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, you should be able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
