**Conceituada empresa que opera no sector de telecomunicações e soluções Cloud, Cibersegurança e ICTS.**

**CANDIDATO**

O profissional a admitir será responsável por:

- Serviço de apoio ao cliente por telefone (Infoe) e ticket (Kayako);
- Gestão de tickets e resolução dos mesmos;
- Monitorizar painéis de alarme:

- Gestão direta de fornecedores para incidentes e manutenção;
- Reporte direto de problemas.

**PERFIL**
- Técnico Superior de telecomunicações e sistemas informáticos ou equivalente;
- Certificação CCNA (valorizada);
- Experiência mínima de 2 anos em suporte técnico FTTH, circuitos, ligações rádio, ligações satélites e relações com os fornecedores;
- Experiência VoIP, Trunksip, PBX virtuais;
- Experiência em redes e resolução de problemas;
- Experiência em configuração de routers Mikrotic e Cisco;
- Conhecimentos de Inglês e Espanhol (preferencial).
