Internal Sales Manager

As an Internal Sales Manager, your primary duty is supervising and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support. In addition, you would lead the team toward setting and attaining department goals while providing operational support. Moreover, you would have the chance to continuously enhance processes by working with cross-functional resources at different organizational levels.
In your new role, you will:
- **Supervise a team of Sales Operations/SOCC **(Sales Operations Competence Center);
- **Initially p **erform all customer and sales support activities. **As the team grows, **provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members **, specifically aimed at improving their skills and expertise in customer and sales support;
- **Identify and recruit top talent **to add to the team, ensuring that they fit the organizational culture and possess the necessary skills for the role;
- **Provide daily operational support **to the team **including RFQ activities, sample requests, annual sales strategic planning, and lead management.
- **Drive continuous process improvements **by leveraging cross-functional resources, across various levels of the organization.
- **Drive team **to establish, plan, and achieve department objectives/goals.
- **Ensure directions/instructions from management are communicated to the team **, and processes and guidelines are followed and executed accordingly.
- **Support management's assigned projects **, these include company projects, inter-department projects, IT projects, and own department's projects.
You have a passion for sales operations and are not afraid to initiate relationships with new contacts. You have a structured, self-driven working style and a strong business mindset. You keep the big picture in mind and enjoy taking the initiative. Moreover, your team player attitude gives you the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
- A **University/College degree **is mandatory;
- **At least 5 years of experience **in managing a team for sales support;
- **Experience **building and maintaining strong relationships **with different stakeholders;
- Experience and understanding of the Semiconductor Industry would be an advantage;
- **Willingness to travel **when required;
- **Fluency in English **- knowledge of German is an advantage.
