**Who are we**

DAILY&CO expertises in European marketplaces’ integration and product distribution, by providing a one stop shop solution to companies to implement or improve their ecommerce strategies. Our SaaS unifies all the European Marketplaces into a single channel of trade, while continously developing solutions to automate processes that plan, create and execute Ecommerce operations.

Our Customer Success team plays a critical role in driving the growth of our company. We are responsible for onboarding new clients, expanding partnerships with current clients, and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our products and services. As a Customer Success Manager focused on revenue development, you will work to increase the revenue per client and drive business growth.

**The opportunity**

We are seeking a Customer Success Account Manager with a focus on revenue development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to increase revenue per client and drive business growth. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop plans to achieve our revenue goals.

**What You'll be Doing**:

- Building strong relationships with our clients and understanding their needs and goals.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue per client.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services to clients.
- Analyzing client data to identify trends and insights that can inform our revenue development strategy.
- Working closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that our revenue development efforts align with our overall business goals.
- Tracking and reporting on revenue development metrics and using data to continuously improve our strategies.

**What we expect from you**:

- Fluency in French (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take feedback

**Salary**: 1,500.00€ - 2,000.00€ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oeiras, Distrito de Lisboa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
