O Inside Sales Partner Account Manager é responsável por desenvolver relações com parceiros e clientes que promovam uma maior valorização da nossa proposta de valor e que suportem a retenção e fidelização. Você irá trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os nossos parceiros para garantir que os clientes estejam satisfeitos com os nossos serviços e se sintam bem suportados na sua utilização plenamente, contando com a confiança na nossa marca e na capacidade de escala do seu negócio.

**Principais responsabilidades**

Como um dos nossos especialistas Sage, você falará com nossos parceiros e clientes todos os dias e será responsável pelo desenvolvimento de relacionamentos fortes. O ritmo é rápido e tem como responsabilidade conhecer os seus negócios e recomendar produtos ou serviços adicionais, maximizando o valor e garantindo que os clientes beneficiem ao máximo da sua subscrição Sage.
Irá juntar-se à nossa equipe de vendas, gerando negócio através de uma abordagem consultiva, identificando necessidades, expetativas e motivações e fazendo as recomendações certas que atendam às necessidades de nossos clientes. Terá de demonstrar os nossos valores, tendo o cliente no centro de tudo o que faz. Identificar necessidades e apresentar soluções aos clientes, negociar subscrições e preços, acrescentar valor e fidelizar clientes.

Experiência necessária:

- Excelente capacidade de negociação e fecho de negócio
- Experiência comprovada na função de Vendas, trabalhando para objetivos, com forte capacitação de influência, comunicação e desenvolvimento de relações e networker
- Alguma experiência na utilização de CRM e/ou programas de atendimento ao cliente
- Boa capacidade de argumentação, contorno de objeções e resolução de conflitos
