In this role, you will proactively support Project Leaders (PL's), Principals, or Global Directors with their internal and external commitments, adapting to a fast-paced and evolving client service landscape. You will manage complex calendars with a keen understanding of business priorities, including organizing and rescheduling meetings and events. Additionally, you will coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, process timesheets and expenses promptly, offer backup support to other executives as necessary, and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

This role is more than just task management, it's about being a thinker and going beyond transactional support. Administrative Assistants are vital to the office's core, participating actively in office life, demonstrating flexibility, and collaborating across functions.
