Customer Service Team Lead with English

The Team leader position is accountable for efficiently managing a Team within Customer Services Center (Country Customer Service, Re-entry, Order Management and/or Sales Partners) to ensure superior customer experience and support the growth of company business.
Tasks
- In this role, you will manage a Back Office team for the Dutch market
- In addition, you will ensure that processes are in place, are followed and update
- You will be responsible to ensure that the team handles customers' orders and complaints and addresses to the right department
- You will follow team results, KPIs and make sure that they are sustainableMoreover you will have monthly escalation meetings
**Requirements**:
- You speak fluently Dutch and/or English
- For this role, you need a University degree or minimum Secondary High school complete
- You know SAP and Office Tools
- Further, you have experience in managing teams and you are a good and persuasive communicator
