**Il ruolo**:
In qualità di Renewals Specialist, organizzerai il processo di rinnovo continuo dei contratti term-based, hosted e di manutenzione all'interno della vivace regione SPALAT.

Collaborando con i nostri Channel Partners e clienti finali, negozierai i termini di rinnovo rispettando le linee guida aziendali, garantendo la continuità della soddisfazione e della fedeltà reciproche.

Cosa farai:
Ti occuperai del tempestivo rinnovo dei contratti term-based, hosted e di manutenzione nella regione SPALAT, inclusa la fornitura di preventivi direttamente ai clienti o ai loro Channel Partners dedicati e seguirai meticolosamente il processo fino alla sua conclusione.

Gestirai le richieste di clienti e partner in merito a preventivi, prezzi, espansioni e riattivazioni dei contratti di manutenzione, offrendo un servizio eccezionale in ogni fase della negoziazione.

Identificherai le opportunità di nuove vendite e mitigherai i rischi di abbandono, lavorando in modo proattivo per massimizzare il valore del cliente.

In caso di necessità ti coordinerai con il nostro straordinario team di vendita per garantire che i contratti vengano rinnovati tempestivamente.

Registrerai in modo efficiente i contratti nuovi e aggiuntivi attivati dal team di vendita utilizzando il nostro strumento di gestione dei contratti.

Gestirai le richieste di attivazione di licenze software, generandole con appositi generatori o collaborando con fornitori interni ed esterni. Contribuirai alla preparazione di rapporti settimanali, mensili e trimestrali sullo stato, i risultati e le previsioni del processo di rinnovo.
- Intermediate Vocational Education Training (FP) o titolo equivalente o superiore
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. L’ulteriore conoscenza di spagnolo o portoghese costituirebbe un titolo preferenziale.

**Who we are**:
**The Role**:
As a **Renewals Specialist** you will orchestrate the seamless renewal process of term-based, hosted, and maintenance contracts within the vibrant SPALAT region. Collaborating with our esteemed channel partners and end customers, you'll negotiate renewal terms while adhering to our company guidelines, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Conduct timely renewals of term-based, hosted, and maintenance contracts in the SPALAT region. This includes providing quotes directly to customers or their dedicated channel partners and meticulously following up on the process until resolution.
- Handle inquiries from customers and partners regarding quotes, pricing, co-terming, up-selling, and reinstating maintenance contracts, delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Identify upsell opportunities and mitigate churn risks, proactively working to maximize customer value.
- Coordinate with our stellar sales team when necessary to ensure contracts are renewed promptly.
- Efficiently register new and add-on contracts sold by the Sales team using our cutting-edge contract management tool.
- Manage license requests, either by generating them with license generators or liaising with internal and external providers. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on the status, results, and forecasts of the renewals process.
