Are you a problem-solver who enjoys technology and enjoys helping others? This is your opportunity to work as a Technical Support Specialist for **Microsoft** in Lisbon, where you’ll help enterprise customers solve complex technical issues using the latest Microsoft technologies.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide exceptional technical support to Microsoft enterprise customers, resolving issues related to Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with engineers, product groups, and management to find the best solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering efficient support in Czech and English.
- Ensure all requests adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and document your technical work for future reference.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Strong technical expertise in Office 365, Exchange Online, and networking protocols (Kerberos, DNS, NTLM, etc.).
- Experience working with Azure Active Directory Connect, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
- Excellent communication skills in **Czech** and **English** (both written and spoken).
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
