**A Triangle Talent Solutions recruta, para admissão imediata, Key Account Manager (M/F), para colaboração em empresa cliente, para a zona de Lisboa.**

**Funções**:
**Maximizar a carteira de clientes atribuída, aumentando as vendas, a margem das operações e o desenvolvimento de novos negócios.**
**Desenvolver o pipeline de **vendas **para acelerar a conversão de oportunidades, transformando as oportunidades em clientes efectivos, e atingir os objectivos comerciais.**
**Negociar os termos fixos dos acordos e todos os indicadores-chave de rentabilidade da empresa para maximizar o potencial dos clientes.**
**Organizar, planear e implementar as fases de cada nova conta negociada pelo caçador ou novos projectos para analisar a rentabilidade da operação e garantir o cumprimento dos termos e condições acordados, de forma atempada.**
**Estabelecer relações **comerciais **sólidas com os clientes para assegurar o seu nível de satisfação.**
**Ampliar o mapa relacional dentro das contas existentes.**
**Fornecer informações ao resto da organização sobre a evolução dos clientes e potenciais clientes, através do CRM, para que a conta possa ser gerida de forma eficiente e possam ser detectadas novas oportunidades de negócio.**
**Fidelização da carteira ativa e execução do processo de renovação dos contratos atribuídos para garantir o cumprimento das condições acordadas.**
**Implementar e acompanhar o cumprimento dos acordos internacionais atribuídos para garantir que as expectativas dos clientes e potenciais clientes são satisfeitas.**
**Manter uma comunicação regular com os gestores de contas internacionais do grupo para oferecer um serviço personalizado e completo aos clientes activos internacionais designados e para avaliar novas oportunidades de negócio, sempre com o apoio do coordenador de contas internacionais.**

**Requisitos**:
**Formação específica em vendas.**
**Formação contínua em técnicas de **vendas **e de negociação.**
**Línguas: Nível avançado de Português e espanhol, nível de **inglês **equivalente ao primeiro certificado é uma vantagem.**
**Nível avançado do pacote **Office **(especialmente Excel e PowerPoint). É essencial ter trabalhado com **CRM **para a gestão da carteira de clientes.**
**Experiência prévia de 3-5 anos no segmento de grandes contas, preferencialmente na venda de serviços a empresas e habituado a um elevado nível de interlocução e negociação.**
**Disponibilidade para deslocações a nível nacional**
