Sales Subscription Executive

We are recruiting a Subscription Sales Executive for one of our clients in Lisbon who is responsible for:

- Delivering significant uplift in our single and enterprise subscriptions through
- Retaining our existing client subscription base at a ratio >

80%
- Building and developing client relationships across their book of business of clients
- Presenting usage statistics and key metrics to clients
- Protecting our copyright and monetising opportunities highlighted through client

infringement
- Establishing best-in-class sales and client engagement practices (in close partnership

with the Group Marketing Director and Head of Customer Services)
- Transitioning our subscription business from individual subscriptions to enterprise

subscriptions
- Driving increased penetration and engagement across our existing client base
- Building close partnerships with the enterprise customers

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales:

- Manage an existing book of business
- Generate 8% annual growth through a mixture of:

- Finding new subscribers within these firms
- Up-selling existing customers at renewal
- Renewing existing contracts within these firms
- Identify growth accounts and work closely with wider team to map out the structure of

these organisations and develop new business leads
- To be able to articulate the value proposition to customers for our products across a

series of highly technical areas including:

- Latest technology affecting the insurance market
- Basic financial market knowledge
- Renewing existing subs expiring at different times throughout the year. The successful

targets based on the potential size of the market.
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving

agreed business aims - especially managing personal time and productivity. Salesforce

must be used at all time to log activity.
- Responding to all external sales enquiries, using appropriate methods.
- Providing an entrepreneurial approach to recognising additional revenue opportunities
- Attending industry events and client meetings

Financial
- Maximising revenues from existing clients and generating significant increase in yield by

customer (i.E., retaining and developing existing business)
- Ensuring consistent growth in the client engagement metrics (e.G., number of users,

engagement with product)

Reporting &
Internal
- Provision of accurate regular reporting on pipeline/revenue projections and systematic

monitoring of results against targets
- Attendance of internal meetings to discuss:
progress on overall strategy, achievement of
sales targets, new business generation, product strategy etc
