Indie Campers operates across the US in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Orlando, and Miami, and in Europe in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, England, Scotland, Switzerland, Iceland, Sweden, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Croatia, Norway, and has pick-up centres in more than 50 cities.

**THE ROLE**

As an RV Sales Operations Specialist you will work cross-functionally to guarantee a van delivery process that ensures quality standards for vehicles booked to be sold, and revenue growth for the RV Sales unit while cooperating with Operations, Logistics, RV Sales and Finance teams to guarantee both a smooth and an efficient operation.

**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**_ _
- Support the RV Sales operations and our executive management team in the design and iteration of an integrated business model that incorporates both our rental and vehicle sales business units
- Map out industry trends and insights on the first
- and second-hand vehicle industry, covering both offline and online channels
- Identify and assist RV Sales operations in creating strategic relationships with key stakeholders ranging from auto traders, dealer networks, marketing, national, regional and local Government, logistics providers and other service providers, to develop an effective and far-reaching market strategy for the re-selling of Indie Campers campervans
- Create processes and strategies to hit targets and drive profitability
- Build reports and dashboards to make actionable business recommendations and to guarantee alignment with Indie Campers overall business plan
- Support in the organisation and management of Sales events (Open Days, for example)
- Support the organisations of vehicle visits and test drives
- Support the homologation process of vehicles across all countries
- Assist in the B2B sales process (transportations, homologations, inspections)
- Generate, increase and manage sales from all channels other than the Indie Campers website
- Identify, negotiate, acquire and retain new third-party sales partners and B2B clients and manage the relationship with the current ones
- Identify and develop new cooperation models and partner categories to unlock audiences and boost market penetration in challenging geographies and segments
- Update and optimise written and visual content across all partners' platforms to ensure Indie Campers stands above the competition as the most relevant booking option
- Support the Vehicle Sales specialists in the analysis and create reports on the performance of B2B and third-party B2C sales channels to exponentiate sales
- Produce, monitor and act on KPIs for all your accounts and individual performance
- Support the introduction of new products and services
- Help on labelling and organising fleet related documentation

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- BA/BS/Masters in Business, Economics, Finance or Engineering.
- 3 years of relevant experience in rent-a-car, fleet management / leasing company, or auto workshop.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets and interest in Data / Business Intelligence (mandatory)
- Technical knowledge in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
- Good automotive industry stakeholders understanding
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management habits
- Good business sense, with an ability to break down problems with a structured thought pattern
- Effective team player with an attention to detail and a bias for execution
- Self-motivating, with a sense of urgency and a hunger for learning
- Results-driven with attention to detail, being autonomous and responsible for deliverables
- Fluent in English (mandatory), with German, Spanish or French being a plus
- Fast learner and problem solver approach
- Ability to prioritise and be organised
- Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment
- Critical thinking
