Esta pessoa vai fazer parte da equipa de Marketing e Transformação Digital da KINTO e a sua missão passará por implementar o princípio de “Customer Listening” com o objetivo de melhorar e transformar a relação com a KINTO numa “first class experience”.
**Como é Ser Customer Care Specialist?
- Centraliza o feedback do cliente (reclamações, inquéritos de satisfação e estudos)
- Trabalha o NPS de forma detalhada, analisando os comportamentos dos clientes
- Propõe medidas para a retenção de clientes
