Estamos à procura de um Especialista de apoio ao cliente para ajudar os nossos clientes a utilizar os nossos produtos e serviços iGaming.
As responsabilidades dos Especialistas de apoio ao cliente incluem a resolução de questões de clientes, a recomendação de soluções e a orientação dos utilizadores através de características e funcionalidades do produto. Para ter sucesso nesta função, deves ser um excelente comunicador, capaz de ganhar a confiança dos nossos clientes. Perceber de iGaming, ter um forte interesse por desporto e/ou uma ideia do mundo das apostas vai colocar-te na pole position para este papel porque as tarefas principais baseiam-se nestes pontos.
O que esperamos de ti?
- Experiência em apoio ao cliente;
- Familiaridade com iGaming é uma enorme vantagem;
- Experiência na utilização de software de helpdesk e ferramentas de apoio remoto é uma mais-valia;
- Interesse natural pelo desporto é uma enorme vantagem;
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação e de resolução de problemas;
- Facilidade em multitasking;
- Paciência no tratamento de casos difíceis;
- Flexibilidade no horário de trabalho;
- Capacidade de comunicar claramente, tanto na forma oral como escrita em Português (PT) e Inglês.
O que terás de fazer diariamente?
- Identificar as necessidades do cliente e ajudar os clientes a utilizar características específicas;
- Analisar e relatar avarias do produto (por exemplo, testando diferentes cenários ou fazendo-te passar por utilizador);
- Actualizar as nossas bases de dados internas com informações sobre questões técnicas e discussões úteis com os clientes;
- Monitorizar as queixas dos clientes nos meios de comunicação social e contactá-los para prestar assistência;
- Informar os clientes sobre novas características e funcionalidades;
- Acompanhar os clientes para assegurar que os seus problemas técnicos são resolvidos;
- Obter feedback dos clientes e partilhar com as nossas equipas de Produto e Marketing.
