David Kennedy Recruitment has partnered with a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned tech brands. Together, we're looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative who will promote digital education tools for a big name in tech industry.
Position: B2B Sales Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary & bonus
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Explain products/solutions and value propositions to businesses of different
verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs
reports, assess needs and close the sale
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage
prospective customers interested in evaluating digital education products.
- Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea generation through to initial
pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure
- Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
- Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with
prospects
- Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase
spending in products currently used
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- A high level of Italian (C1+) and English fluency (B2)
- At least 1 year of experience in the same field
- Knowledge of CRM system
- Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone
manner
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, including strong collaboration,
influencing, and facilitation skills
- Skills in compiling and analysing large amounts of data from multiple sources
with strong attention to detail will be an advantage
- Self-driven, adaptable, and a reliable team player with the ability to work
independently and demonstrate flexibility and resiliency.
