Localização: Lisboa e Covilhã
Quem procuramos:
1. Formação Académica Superior ou 12.º ano ou experiência equivalente;
2. Experiência em assegurar o serviço de Service Desk utilizando várias ferramentas de registo como CRM One, CA SD e HP SM para tratamento e/ou encaminhamento de incidentes, requests e changes;
3. Experiência em assegurar o suporte de TI's/SI's e suporte informático remoto com recurso a DTM em clientes com serviços geridos;
4. Experiência em sistemas operativos Windows e/ou Linux;
5. Experiência em assegurar o acompanhamento dos tickets (incidents/requests/changes) registados, de modo a garantir os SLA's end-to-end;
6. Inglês B2;
7. Capacidade analítica, pensamento crítico e criativo;
8. Responsabilidade, proatividade, autonomia e dinamismo;
9. Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão, em equipa e de gerir múltiplas atividades;
10. Capacidade de resolução de problemas e de comunicação eficaz.
