Job Title: Customer Service Representative - German Speaking

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools
  • Follow clients' communication procedures and guidelines
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

  • Fluent, verbal and written in German (C1)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
