Senior Sales Leadership Position for Cardiometabolic Team

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Leader to lead our Cardiometabolic team in Lisbon and South. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales success, developing a high-performing team, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage a diverse team, build relationships, and drive results. You will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a sales team to achieve business objectives
- Fostering a collaborative environment through effective communication and cooperation between teams
- Ensuring performance expectations and development goals are clearly understood by all team members
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Finance)
- Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience in obesity and/or diabetes
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Proven record in marketing and promotion and/or people management
- Ability to travel 30% of the time across the region (driver license required)
This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and requires the ability to live and work in Portugal. You must also have a strong understanding of Portuguese culture and language.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of €85,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
