The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in Turkish (C2 level), and English (B2 level). With 0-1 year of experience in customer support, they should be able to handle inquiries efficiently and provide top-notch service to our clients in the sports industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective support through phone, chat, email, and social media
  • Resolving issues related to account setup, verification, logins, financial matters, and technical problems
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, particularly those in the sports industry
  • Responding swiftly to inquiries, feedback, and concerns
  • Building strong relationships with clients through clear, effective communication
