**Job Description**

As a Customer Service Representative at Phiture, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch support via multiple channels. You will respond to inbound requests, document case information, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document relevant case information to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Danish language proficiency (written and oral) and fluent English skills (B2 level).
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
  • Patient and proactive approach when communicating and solving issues.
