Your Role as a Technical Support Expert:

As part of the Equadis team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients across various industries. Your primary objective is to collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance client support and technical implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level support for complex inquiries beyond the scope of the Client Success Management (CSM) team.
  • Utilize in-house tools and interfaces to diagnose and resolve issues, escalating when necessary to the development team.
  • Monitor data integration processes to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and addressing anomalies.
  • Manage setup and configuration of data integrations from various sources, ensuring accurate representation within our solution.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of interfaces between client systems or GAIA catalogs.
  • Engage in technical discussions with clients to facilitate API integrations and support implementation efforts.

You will play an analytical role by identifying recurring tickets and finding appropriate solutions to ensure they do not reappear.
