Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Solutions Expert with Blu Selection, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via live chat and phone
  • Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to stay updated on the latest features
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and delivering suitable solutions
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
  • Contributing to the growth and satisfaction of both new and existing customers

Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in German and English, with additional languages like Portuguese, French, or Spanish being a plus
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage several customer conversations simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes, including lead tracking and reporting
  • Familiarity with email systems and CRM tools, such as Salesforce or Zoho, is an advantage
  • Confidence in using helpdesk platforms like Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
