About our Client

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Technical Advisor to join our team at Eugenia Talent. As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

The Offer

Assist customers by telephone, email, and chat

Offer technical assistance on our platform

Apply the correct escalation process when necessary

Be an active listener and show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer

Identify, study, and propose the best solution to help the customer

Provide good customer service, making sure the customer is always happy once the interaction is finished

Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Dutch and intermediate level in English

Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus

Genuine care giver with a problem solver mind

Able to multi-task, proactive, and good with time management

Benefits
