Assistant Front Office Manager

Role Summary: As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the Front Office department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the hotel, including room types, locations, and benefits of packages and plans.
  • Understand the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows, process advance deposits, and track room availabilities.
  • Oversee the management of the guest history and profile system, support the Front Office Manager, and focus on the rejuvenation of the room experience.
  • Work in partnership with Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure guest needs are met and oversee the smooth operation of guest arrivals.
  • Ensure that all set policies, procedures, and best practices are in place and rigorously enforced.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Two to four years of front office/guest services experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are preferred.
  • Relevant work visas to work in the EU.
