Role Overview

As a key member of our Microsoft team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries. Your primary focus will be on answering product and service inquiries via phone and email, while also supporting clients and finding solutions to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Answering customer inquiries regarding products and services via phone and email.
  2. Supporting clients across various industries, including healthcare, industry, administration, trade, finance, and education.
  3. Finding client-oriented solutions to product and service inquiries.
  4. Providing information on products, prices, and discounts.
  5. Completing orders and sales over the phone.
  6. Managing administrative tasks.
  7. Consistently contacting existing customers for potential optimization and updates.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and a good command of English.
  • Experience in sales or a sales-oriented background.
  • Good negotiation skills or a willingness to acquire them.
  • Ability to work precisely and handle administrative tasks.
  • Technical interest and motivation.
  • Reliability and commitment to work.
  • Drive for excellence and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player with a willingness to work with various nationalities.

Offer

  • Type of contract: a long-term fixed-term contract of 12 months, renewable annually.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Salary conditions: 1,300€ - 1,400€ gross/month (including accommodation) or 1,700€ - 1,800€ gross/month (excluding accommodation), based on level of experience.
  • Benefits for international candidates: reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight ticket, help with paperwork, and private health insurance.
