Microsoft Lisbon B2B Sales Consultant

As a B2B Sales Advisor for Microsoft in Lisbon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across various sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills and build strong relationships with international clients.
About the Role- Answering client inquiries via phone and email regarding Microsoft products and services.
- Sales support for small and medium-sized companies in healthcare, industry, administration, trade, finance, and education.
- Finding tailored solutions to meet client needs and provide product information, prices, and discounts.
- Closing orders and completing sales over the phone, along with administrative tasks.
- Continuously engaging with existing customers to identify opportunities for optimization and updates.
- A sales attitude and business acumen, regardless of educational background.
- Fluency in German and excellent English communication skills.
- Previous sales experience or a sales-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a desire to improve them further.
- Precise work habits and comfort with administrative tasks.
- Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for innovation.
- Motivation, reliability, and dedication to your work.
- A drive for excellence and professionalism, coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues from diverse nationalities.
- Type: Long-term fixed-term 12-month contract, renewable annually.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
Salary range:
Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1,300 - €1,400 gross/month (based on level of experience).
Excluding accommodation: €1,700 - €1,800 gross/month (based on level of experience). For international candidates:
Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months.
Airport pick-up upon arrival.
Yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country (within the EU).
Private health insurance included from the first day of contract signature.
Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.
Real career opportunities in different career paths.
Compensation during the training period if successful (3 weeks): 50% of hourly wages (lower taxes).
