Customer Service Career Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Supporting clients in various sectors, including healthcare, industry, and education
  • Finding client-oriented solutions and providing product information
  • Handling orders and sales over the phone
  • Performing administrative tasks and maintaining client relationships

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and good command of English
  • Experience in sales or sales-oriented background
  • Good negotiation skills and ability to work with administrative tasks
  • Technical interest and motivation to learn
  • Excellent communication skills and team player attitude

Offer:

  • Long-term fixed-term contract (12 months, renewable)
  • Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm working hours
  • Competitive salary (€1,300-€1,800 gross/month) and benefits
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flight ticket
