Customer Service Career Opportunity

Are you looking for a challenging role in customer service? Microsoft is seeking a motivated sales advisor to join their international team. As a top technology brand, Microsoft offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Supporting clients in various industries, including healthcare, industry, administration, trade, finance, and education
  • Finding client-oriented solutions and providing product information
  • Finishing orders and sales over the phone
  • Administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and good command of English
  • Experience in sales or sales-oriented background
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Technical interest and motivation
  • Excellent communication skills

The Offer:

  • Long-term fixed-term contract (12 months, renewable)
  • Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
  • Competitive salary (€1,300-€1,800 gross/month)
  • Free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) or reimbursement of initial flight expenses
