About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, primarily small and medium-sized companies in various industries.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Answering client inquiries regarding products and services via phone and email
  2. Supporting clients in finding client-oriented solutions for their questions
  3. Giving information about products, prices, and discounts
  4. Managing orders and sales over the phone
  5. Performing administrative tasks
  6. Continuously contacting existing customers for possible optimization and updates

About You:

  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
  • You have experience in sales or are sales-oriented
  • You have good negotiation skills or want to acquire them
  • You are precise in your work and comfortable with administrative tasks
  • You are technically interested
  • You are motivated, reliable, and committed to your work
  • You have a drive for excellence and professionalism
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are a real team player and willing to work with many other nationalities

What We Offer:

  • A long-term fixed-term contract of 12 months, renewable every year
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
  • Salary conditions - 2 options: including free accommodation or excluding accommodation
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses for international candidates
  • Airport pick up for international candidates
  • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country within the EU for international candidates
  • Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon arrival
