Microsoft B2B Sales Advisor in Lisbon

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, primarily small and medium-sized companies in various industries.
Your Responsibilities:
- Answering client inquiries regarding products and services via phone and email
- Supporting clients in finding client-oriented solutions for their questions
- Giving information about products, prices, and discounts
- Managing orders and sales over the phone
- Performing administrative tasks
- Continuously contacting existing customers for possible optimization and updates
About You:
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
- You have experience in sales or are sales-oriented
- You have good negotiation skills or want to acquire them
- You are precise in your work and comfortable with administrative tasks
- You are technically interested
- You are motivated, reliable, and committed to your work
- You have a drive for excellence and professionalism
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are a real team player and willing to work with many other nationalities
What We Offer:
- A long-term fixed-term contract of 12 months, renewable every year
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- Salary conditions - 2 options: including free accommodation or excluding accommodation
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses for international candidates
- Airport pick up for international candidates
- Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country within the EU for international candidates
- Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon arrival
- Private health insurance included from the first day of contract signature
