Your responsibilities and impact will be:

Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and email, with a focus on product knowledge and client satisfaction.

Supporting clients across various sectors, including healthcare, industry, administration, trade, finance, and education, to find tailored solutions to their needs.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization, and delivering results-driven sales strategies.

Working closely with the team to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and drive business growth.

Staying up-to-date with product lines, market trends, and competitor activity to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

You have a strong background in sales or a related field, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

You are fluent in German and have a good command of English, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

You are a team player, with a drive for excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

You are comfortable with administrative tasks and have a strong attention to detail.
