Job DescriptionThis role involves aiding small and medium-sized enterprises with tailor-made strategies through dynamic support via email, phone, and chat. As a Global B2B Sales Accelerator, you will:
- Advising and guiding small and medium-sized businesses to nurture their growth through email, phone, and chat support.
- Acquiring new advertisers within medium and small-sized companies.
- Supporting and expanding self-services for clients.
- Providing pre- and after-sales support for all self-services.
- Offering assistance regarding tools, products, and strategies.
- Identifying trends and conveying customer feedback to engineering departments.
To succeed in this role, you need to be a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (at least B2-C1). You should have sales experience or success in sales, impactful communication skills, and a passion for social media. Motivation, reliability, and dedication are key qualities for this position.
What We OfferWe provide:
- A long-term contract with yearly renewal possibilities and potential for advancement based on performance.
- Paid training to prepare you for your new career.
- Flexible working hours: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, running from 7 AM to 9 PM.
- A competitive salary package - including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1040 gross/month or excluding accommodation: €1298 gross/month.
- Private health insurance from the start of your contract.
- Relocation support for international candidates, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 3 months.
As a Global B2B Sales Accelerator at Blu Selection, you will have the chance to enter a development program within 6 months and access other roles within the company, from different projects to QA, Team Lead, or Supervisor positions.
