Bilingual Sales Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
- Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
- Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.
Requirements:
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Polish, plus ONE of the following: Dutch, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian.
- Qualifications: A third level qualification (i.e., degree) and a driving license.
- Skills: Relationship-oriented, customer-focused, organized & efficient, sales-savvy.
