We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Italian speaker with excellent communication skills to provide customer service and technical support for hardware products and services.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing customer service and technical support via email, online chat, telephone, and social media platforms;
- Identifying and resolving product issues using diagnostic tools;
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction;

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian;
- A good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2);
- Customer-oriented skills with strong decision-making abilities;
- Excellent communication and argumentation skills;
- Ability to solve technical issues creatively;
- Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
