Customer Support Representative with Swedish Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this position is to provide top-notch customer support to our clients in Sweden. This involves answering inbound calls and inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner, and maintaining accurate data input of consumer interactions.
Requirements- Fluency in Swedish (C2 Level or Native)
- Good knowledge of English (B1 level)
- Typing Speed: 20 words per minute
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Good time management skills
We offer a competitive salary, meal vouchers, and a fixed-term employment contract. Additionally, we provide private health insurance after six months of contract signature, airport pick-up, administrative assistance with registration in Portugal, reimbursement of flight expenses, and accommodation in one of our company's shared apartments. You will also receive free Portuguese lessons, sports activities, and other benefits.
Our estimated salary for this position is €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
