The Role: Owner Experience Agent
We seek an experienced professional to join our team as an Owner Experience Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our hosts via email and phone.
This position is based in our office in Porto.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional owner support via email and phone.
- Respond to level 1 owner inquiries and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners regarding active booking issues and requests.
- Take ownership of issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of owner satisfaction through quality and professional service.
- Stay up-to-date on GuestReady owner processes and tools, adapting to changes and updates to our systems.
- Proactively find creative solutions to owner requests, leveraging knowledge of our services and resources to exceed owner expectations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Languages: Portuguese / French/ English.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Comfortable working with technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Estimated Salary Range: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
